"The band hope you`ve had a wonderful christmas and wishes you all a happy new year! We have just been in the studio and re-recorded most of the vocals on both "Earthbound Spirit" and "Alone" to improve them further. We are also recording three more songs for the next album; "Blood Of The Innocent", "Holocauster Ride" and "Temptation Highland". We hope to have written and recorded the rest of the material by next summer. Meanwhile we will try to squeeze in a few gigs inbetween writing and recording session, and on thursday january 22nd we are supporting Lauren Harris at John Dee in Oslo." ========================================================= September 17th 2008

" Highland Glory have just finished recording three new songs for the next album, and you may check them out here soon!
The three newly recorded songs are "Limitation Of Life (Dark Side Of The Mind)", "Earthbound Spirit" and "Alone" (Heart cover).
The band will continue to record the rest of the album this way. Each time we have a few more songs rehearsed we will record them and so on. "Highland Glory have finally found a new singer to replace Jan Thore Grefstad, who left the band in october last year. The new female vocalist is Trine Elise Johansen. The band decided early that they primarily wanted a female replacement. With the line up once again complete they will rehearse a new live set with the new recruit and will be ready to play live this spring, as well as continue to work on material for the next album."
